We want your experience with Woolly Nest to feel simple and reassuring from start to finish. Here you'll find everything you need to know about ordering, delivery and what to do if somethings not quite right.

When will my order arrive?

All Woolly Nest beds are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be carefully made before dispatch.

Once your order has been sent, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Your bed will arrive carefully folded and packaged to reduce air, then placed in durable protective packaging to ensure it reaches you safely. We avoid heavy compression, so the natural wool filling retains it loft, softness and comfort from the moment its opened.

Shipping costs

We keep shipping simple and fair with flat rates across New Zealand.

  • North Island    XS, S - $10

M, L, XL - $20

  • South Island - XS, S - $25

M, L, XL - $35

  • Spare Covers                 $8

At checkout, simply select your Island and size bed to apply the correct shipping rate.

These rates are designed to be as consistent and transparent as possible, with no unexpected costs at checkout.

Because our beds are generously sized and filled with natural wool, shipping can vary slightly depending on location. In some cases - such as rural or oversized deliveries - we may be in touch if any additional shipping is required.

Returns and exchanges

As each Woolly Nest bed is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please get in touch as soon as possible. We'll always work with you to find a solution.
